Joe Plevel describes the process that he and his team of volunteers go through to recover the leftover food from the Sells Family Dining Hall. The Mizzou Food Recovery Network retrieves food every Tuesday and Thursday night after the dining hall closes. Plevel said the process only takes about 30 minutes each time, including driving the meals to St. Francis House.​
